Una memoria antica

"Tornare a ciò che è sempre stato naturale. C'è stato un tempo in cui il corpo non era messo in discussione, in cui semplicemente apparteneva al mondo, come una pietra che si scalda sotto il sole o una foglia trasportata dal vento.

Nascondersi non era un concetto, esistere era sufficente. Nel corso delle generazioni, strati di paura sono stati insegnati e tramandati. La società ha imparato a giudicare ciò che la natura non ha mai criticato, a coprire ciò che non doveva essere un segreto.

Ma ogni volta che qualcuno sente la terra sotto i suoi piedi, l'acqua sulla pelle, o la brezza senza barriere, qualcosa di antico si risveglia: la libertà non è mai stata un atto di sfida, la libertà è un ricordo.

Naturismo. si tratta di ritornare a ciò che è sempre stato naturale. "

Un ritorno a ciò che è sempre stato... perchè la via verso la conoscenza è un'inversione di marcia, un processo di pulizia e di sottrazione, piuttosto che un processo di accumulo. Un riscoprire ed un riscoprirsi per giungere all'essenza, una pulizia interiore che parte simbolicamente anche dall'esteriorità, dagli abiti, dai ruoli e dalle personalità, una liberazione dalle illusioni dell'Io per una resa incondizionata, per un'accettazione amorevole e compassionevole di sé, scevra da presunzioni, per un contatto profondo con l'essenza e la magia di noi stessi.

Esplorarsi per esplorare, e viceversa, perchè i confini dei mondi sono molto più labili di quanto immaginiamo.

A return to what has always been... because the path to knowledge is a U-turn, a process of cleansing and subtraction, rather It's more than a process of accumulation. A rediscovery and a rediscovery of oneself to reach the essence, an inner cleansing that symbolically begins with externality, with clothing, roles, and personalities, a liberation from the illusions of the ego for unconditional surrender, for a loving and compassionate self-acceptance, free from presumptions, for a profound connection with the essence and magic of ourselves.

Exploring ourselves to explore, and vice versa, because the boundaries of worlds are much more blurred than we imagine.
